The Arcachon Convention Centre was granted the QUALICONGRES certificate by the AFAQ in November 2002. La certification de services Qualicongrès services certificate is a standard of the quality of service of Convention Centres. The Qualicongrès system of reference, developed by France Congrès for its members, aims to guarantee a determined, constant and assessed quality of service thanks to this certificate.

This system of reference includes 20 service commitments, the principal ones being:

• to delegate, to the service of the client, a person in charge of events, a proper head of events,
• a qualified personnel,
• provide a client appointment book and detailed documentation: logistic aids to prepare the event,
• offer service providers referenced by the Convention Centre,
• make an event appointment book available that can be seen permanently throughout the event,
• send quotes out within a short period of time.
