– Cocktail lounge and seafront forecourt
With a sea view and direct access to Arcachon’s main beach, you can organise indoor-outdoor cocktail receptions with a back-up solution in case of rain.
You are free to decorate and arrange these areas as you please, in accordance with your theme.

– The Salon des Ambassadeurs for dining/receptions
This superb 300m² reception area will be perfect for hosting your wedding reception. An 18m², height-adjustable stage is available for shows/entertainment. The area also has a 60 to 100m² modular dance floor.

– Babysitting area
A 60m² room equipped with a cinema screen is at your disposal, provided there is always a babysitter present to look after the children and that the required furnishings have been supplied.

How much does it cost?

A fixed price, including the rental of the three areas, from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. the next morning (end of reception: 4.00 a.m.).

– 300m² in the Salle des Ambassadeurs, including a 60m² dance floor, an 18m² max. stage, including dining furniture (tables and chairs) and a cleaning service,

– A 250m² cocktail lounge on the ground floor and the seafront forecourt (subject to authorisation delivered by the Municipality of Arcachon, remember to include security cordon rental),

– The 60m² babysitting area (subject to the permanent presence of a babysitter to look after the children).

From 50 to 149 people
€2,700 exc. VAT (VAT 20%, €3,240 inc. VAT)

A fixed price, including the rental of the three areas from 10.00 a.m. to 6.00 a.m. the next morning (end of reception: 4.00 a.m.).

– 300m² or 500m² in the Salle des Ambassadeurs, including: a 60m² dance floor, an 18m² max. stage, dining furniture (tables and chairs), and a cleaning service,

– A 450m² cocktail lounge on the ground floor and the seafront forecourt (subject to authorisation delivered by the Municipality of Arcachon, remember to include security cordon rental).

– The 60m² babysitting area (subject to the permanent presence of a babysitter to look after the children).

From 150 to 400 people

 €3,000 exc. tax (TVA 20%, €3,600 inc. VAT)

  • General terms of sale

    General terms of sale :

    The Convention Centre takes charge of installing and dismantling the dance floor and podium. The tables will be installed in accordance with your seating plan by the caterer. Clearing away and storage of furniture at the end of the evening will be carried out by the caterer.
    Only caterers accredited by the Convention Centre and mentioned in the attached list may be chosen for your event.
    Your chosen caterer must pay a commission to Arcachon Expansion to cover the cost of kitchen usage (fluids, waste management and disposal). If you supply wine and champagne yourself, you must ensure the bottle waste is eliminated. If not, a fixed fee of €150 exc. VAT will be charged.
    The lessee should provide a meal for the site’s cleaner who will be present to ensure the cleaning and maintenance of the toilets.
    The lessee must make sure that the DJ or entertainment service provider has made the appropriate declarations to the SACEM.
    We do not place options. If you are interested in our offer, please inform us so we can place an option for one month. Room reservations are only considered final once a 50% deposit of the total amount has been paid. The balance should be paid 15 days before the event, at the latest.

    Mandatory service: you are required to add the cost of a security agent to your budget for visitor screening at the entrance to the Convention Centre. The unit cost is €28.40 exc. VAT/hour or €34.00 inc. VAT/hour, to be scheduled from the assembly and installation of your service providers until the room is dismantled and the final inventory has been carried out.
