Arcachon Convention Centre helps you organise your event and manage enrolments. We will determine with you which services are to be provided, from hotel accommodation management to partial or total handling of enrolments.

ENROLMENT MANAGEMENT – HOTEL BOOKING MANAGEMENT

  • Design of enrolment and hotel reservation forms. Confirmation e-mail and hotel vouchers, maps, transport discounts and other useful information sent to each participant.
  • Lists of names sent to the hotels.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Opening of an account, collection of enrolment payments and hotel deposits, individual invoicing, Balance sheets.

TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT – (SNCF / AIR FRANCE) 
Requests for convention discount forms from the SNCF and request for discount air fares for conventions / fairs from AIR FRANCE.

BORDEAUX AIRPORT/ARCACHON SHUTTLE MANAGEMENT
Shuttle bus organised for arrival/departure of event participants. Customised reception desk at the airport and participants managed by hostesses.

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT – ENROLMENT PAYMENT COLLECTION
Opening of a specific account for the event.

DATA TRANSMISSION
Regular updates on the number of enrolments and balance sheet sent to organisers.

RECEPTION MANAGEMENT
Presentation of convention bag models (not supplied), preparation of bags and document insertion. Reception of participants and distribution of convention documents by hostess(es) and a reception manager. Purchase of badges, printing of badges, lamination and distribution of badges on arrival of the participants.
