Oysters from our parks, shellfish, crustaceans, fish from the auction: the whole ocean on your table. Specialties: Bordeaux lamprey, roasted turbot, sea bass, sea bream, pinnace soles. In season: Spanish pibales, scallops. Homemade preserves: fish soup and lamprey. Chez "Yvette" also has a catering service: conferences, seminars, group and business meals.
