My name is Sophie and I am a Hatha Yoga teacher trained in India, in Yin Yoga with Philippe Beer Gabel, and in current Yogatherapy training with Idyt.
I offer group or private lessons of Soft Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Dynamic Yoga.
I welcome you to my studio, located right next to Arcachon train station, outdoors if the weather permits or at home.
The atmosphere of the courses is cheerful, friendly and above all caring!
Bursts of laughter regularly break the silence because we are there to do us good and laughter is good therapy!
Remember when you come to yoga that in this practice you have nothing to prove: not that you are flexible, that you are strong or even less graceful ...
