Then, you leave the port in the calm of the Basin, towards the favorite fishing spot of the professional! The survey of nets or traps placed the day before or of rotating nets placed at the time of the tide spread the same day, reveals the riches of the Basin. The fishermen make you aware of the proper handling of the fish caught to preserve its full flavor and make you discover the main techniques of the trade. Finally, the crates filled with sea bream, sole, sea bass or spiders, you return to the port. There, while you observe the landing of the fishery, the boss gives you his last secret: a recipe for cuisine typical of the basin.
