I?m trained seriously, mainly in India and by experts in their field, I?m still learning every day about yoga and about myself, and I?ll share with you seriously but casually what I?ve learned, am still learning on a daily basis, what I?ve understood and experienced.
I welcome you for group or individual yoga sessions, according to your needs, either at the studio or at home.
