After the safety instructions, you learn live to hoist the sails, to inflate them according to the wind direction and to steer a large sailboat which takes you only with the energy of the wind, "whatever the destination, this that matters is the journey. " All outings are training adapted to the discovery of sailing on the Arcachon Basin or on the Atlantic coast, from Spain to Brittany.
You will discover the basics of sailing in cruise, life on board, maneuvers, settings, navigation, the marine environment and its vocabulary, in a relaxed atmosphere, which I hope will make you want to go more far on the water with friends or family.
